Poplin cotton is well known as a good materials for T-shirt, but not every body know it is also a perfect materials for making of buffing polishing wheel.

Poplin Cotton Fabric for Airway Buffing Wheel is a strong fabric in a plain weave of of any fiber or blend, with crosswise ribs that typically gives a corded surface.

Poplin traditionally consisted of a silk warp with a weft of worsted yarn. In this case, as the weft is in the form of a stout cord the fabric has a ridged structure, like rep, which gave depth and softness to the silky surface. The ribs run across the fabric from selvage  to selvage.

Because the strong intensity, good cutting force and absorption feature, poplin cotton fabric have been widely used on polishing wheel.Especial for mirror finish airway polish wheel.
